Product Description
Here are a pair of vintage Hickok cufflinks. S. Rae Hickok, founded his company in 1909 by buying a small jewelry plating business for $350. He led the company’s expansion as a major manufacturer of wallets, belts, pants, suspenders, cufflinks, tie clasps and other men’s accessories. These cuff links are signed Hickok USA and feature red and black fly fishing lures embedded in clear lucite set in a gold tone metal.
Please remember this is a piece of vintage jewelry and most of it is used and will show some signs of “normal wear” that comes with age. We are very careful not to destroy any patina that may have formed as we think it adds to the beauty of these pieces. Of course you may want to polish or clean off the patina, and that is totally up to you. As we describe each piece if we find any flaws or defects we will point them out in the description. If we have replaced clasps or made other repairs, we will also note these in the description.
