This cute little cotton sundress from the 1950’s, with its white on white embroidery would be perfect to wear to a summer wedding, christening or other special occasion. It has a white satin stitched scalloped neckline, arm holes and hem ruffle with a full skirt that’s gathered to a plain yoke top. The bottom of the skirt has a nice ruffle that is also gathered on the skirt. Just above the ruffle are three small decorative lace bar applique and spaced between each is spray of white embroidery. The dress buttons on one shoulder with a tiny white button. It looks like it had a label at one time, but its now missing. The piece has been hand washed in non-toxic natural soap and lightly touched up with a warm iron. It is probably a size 3 month.
Condition: It is in very good condition.
Measurements: Shoulders –7″ (seam to seam); Chest – 9 1/2″ (flat underarm to underarm); Length – 13″ (top of shoulders to bottom)
